Based on your needs, a plan will be developed using a variety of methods, including but not limited to, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical therapy, mindfulness, psycho-education, Gottman Relationship Method, emotion focused couples therapy, trauma focused CBT and solution-focused therapy. The goal will be to increase self-awareness, build on personal strengths, educate, empower, and learn tools to overcome the struggles and issues keeping you from enjoying your life.
